673d Medical Group's mission aligns with Air Force Medical Service's mission of seamless health service support to the U.S. Air Force. We are building patient-centered care and focusing on prevention to optimize health. We understand that there will be times you are not feeling well however a visit to your Primary Care Provider or emergency room is not warranted. We have compiled a list of helpful website where you can check your current symptoms and associate a relief that would help you with your condition. After you have tried these websites and you condition has not improved, we suggest to call our appointment line at (907)580-2778 to be seen by your Primary Care Provider and/or Team.
